Anyone who opens the freezer knows the scene: thick sheets of ice on the walls, drawers stuck fast, and hardly any usable space left. Plenty of people put off defrosting for months. A simple trick using ordinary aluminium foil can make upkeep far easier, while also helping to protect both your wallet and the appliance.
